Training needs analysis
The starting point for an effective training solution analysis of the client’s needs. This is done systematically at InterSource, with a level of resolution and detail appropriate to the case.
For developer teams, we will want to know a good deal about the level, experience and uniformity of the group, whether or not the training is related to a specific project, and other important contextual aspect of your plans.
Individuals are asked about their experience levels and the tasks they wish to accomplish upon completion of the training.
No architect starts building without getting the maximum of information about his client’s requirements. Having trained individuals and teams of programmers since 1995 we recognize that no two training assignments are identical.
